Server Maintenance for Sun Microsystems, HP, HP-Compaq and Dell
Akibia’s systems maintenance services provide comprehensive coverage for the critical hardware and software that make up your IT infrastructure. Serving as your single point of contact, Akibia offers true multi-vendor, multi-platform support and maintenance services for Sun Microsystems, HP, HP-Compaq and Dell hardware running UNIX, Linux or Windows.  At Akibia, we work with you to design a customized service plan that meets your unique needs and requirements. We understand that different servers may require different SLAs, depending on how mission-critical the system is to your organization. Our flexible service offering includes:

Same Day Service: For critical servers you can’t afford to have down, we provide telephone technical support, parts replacement and on-site labor, ensuring an experienced field engineer is on-site, with the right parts, within 4 hours of a service call. Coverage is provided between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We also offer customized plans with a 2-hour response time and 24x7x365 coverage.
Next Day Service: This is designed to deliver the same quality services as Same Day, except instead of providing a 4-hour response, Akibia will ensure an engineer is on-site, with the appropriate parts, the business morning after the service call is placed.
Service Partner: Akibia provides a cost-effective self-maintenance plan including telephone technical support and Same Day or Next Day parts delivery, but no on-site labor. We also offer maintenance training for engineers who support their own servers.
Customized Plans: We offer accelerated response times, on-site engineers, on-site parts, and extended coverage options such as 7x24x365 for Same Day Service, Next Day Service and Service Partner plans.
