From Logan Airport:

Follow signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel. Once you are in the tunnel, follow signs to Route 90W (this is the same as the Mass Pike). Take Route 90W/ Mass Pike to Route I-495 exit (approximately 28 miles). Take I-495 North (approximately 1 mile) to Exit 23B, Route 9 West. Take the first exit, Computer Drive, which is to the immediate right off of Route 9. Get into the far right lane and turn right at the traffic light. Continue straight for .4 miles, take a left onto Technology Drive. Go straight for .3 miles. The building is on the right at 4 Technology Drive. Pull into the driveway at the sign for 4 Technology Drive. Park anywhere in front of the Akibia building. Go to the main entrance and check in with the receptionist.

From Providence, RI - TF Green Airport (and points south):

From TF Green Airport, follow signs to I-95 North. Travel north on I-95 to the Massachusetts state line. Continue on I-95 north to I-495 (exit 6). Take I-495 North to exit 23B, Route 9 West. Take the first exit, Computer Drive, which is right off Route 9. Get into the far right lane and turn right at the traffic light. Continue straight for .4 miles, take a left onto Technology Drive. Go straight for .3 miles. The building is on the right at 4 Technology Drive. Pull into the driveway at the sign for 4 Technology Drive. Park anywhere in front of the Akibia building. From Manchester, NH - Manchester Airport (and points north):

From the airport, follow signs to Route 93 south. Take Route 93 south to Route 495 south. Take Route 495 South to Exit 23B, Route 9 West. Take the first exit, Computer Drive, which is on the right.
