Enrollment

To enroll, choose one of the following methods:

• Register using our online form.
• Print the online form, complete all information and fax to 512-973-3744, Attention: Education Coordinator.
• Call our Education Coordinator Charissa Allen at (512) 402-5643 or email to callen@akibia.com.

Payment and Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We gladly accept:

• Checks: Pay to the order of "Akibia"
• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Optima, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche
• Purchase Orders: Terms are Net 30. (If your company has an open PO or has made other arrangements with us, your enrollment/confirmation will follow the procedure agreed upon at that time).

Refunds & Course Cancellation

Course fees are fully refundable if you notify Akibia at least 14 days before the start of the course. Akibia reserves the right to cancel a course 7 (seven) days prior to its start if the course has an insufficient number of students. We will not cancel a class with less than 7 (seven) calendar days notice to confirmed students. Akibia does not assume responsibility for any other costs to the student (i.e., non-refundable airline tickets due to cancellations).

Daily Class Schedules

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. daily.
You may arrive after 8:30 a.m.

Students can make return travel arrangements any time after 3PM on Friday.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive, please register with the instructor.

Dress

Dress is casual since classes have considerable hands-on practice.
